Salary: €70,000 – 85,000

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a dynamic development team working on re-architecting an existing portfolio of web applications into an integrated suite using modern architectural patterns.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will play a key role in architecting solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Technical Leadership

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using .NET Core/.NET Framework
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical design reviews
• Implement and maintain microservices architectures and distributed systems
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to documentation

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies
• Propose and implement process improvements
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and frameworks
• Contribute to technical standards and best practices

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework
• Experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and MVC
• Proficiency with Entity Framework and SQL Server

Beneficial Experience

• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
• Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Microservices architecture
